"Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is arranged at a near by hotel. Simple breakfast but was nice few choices that are enough for breakfast. Hotel Staff was good. The hotel is in a small late. The way from Main Street to Hotel is not the best. Getting to hotel by a vehicle is not easy as police stops vehicles a bit away as this hotel is close to main Ram Temple surroundings. Beings close to temple is a plus. So, some pros and cons"

"Maharaja Room is big but no windows, bathroom has terrible design, quality of sheets and towels is like a two star hotel. Front desk person is quite unfriendly. I will not stay there again. Will not recommend it to any of my friends. It’s a two star, not a four star hotel. "

"The staff carrying bags and opening doors are excellent. The front reception (not in any dress code) seems like they dont know the answers and call for others to help, not sure why. Hotels are clean and shower is nice. It is definitely far from the main areas of ayodhya 15-25 mins. Its hard to catch a fair priced taxi in the mornings due to this. The drivers know this and will over charge. Ubers dont come often. Due to location, it always makes it difficult to return back to Hotel (have to explain location and name 3-4 times for local drivers to figure out where hotel is located.) Overall great if your trying to stay a bit out of the crowdy areas and noise. Staff is great, food is ok."

"Hotel photos are fake. It is not Hanuman Palace. It is Hanuman Guest House and address is completely wrong. It is not at railway station. It is a scam."

"I booked two rooms in this hotel. Rooms were smelling very strong room fresher odor; I started getting headache. Parents were not happy with this hotel either. This hotel is in the back side of Rama Janmabhoomi temple which is more than 700 feet away from the main entrance; false advertisement. Bathrooms were dirty, very tiny wash basin or sink, standing water in the shower. Blankets and linens were old and need to be replaced. On the positive side, staff was courteous, they helped to take the luggage up one level. Staff provided Poha early as per our request since we checked out before the normal breakfast time."

"We had booked the property because when I called them they said that parking was available on the premises. When we reached the property they told me that I need to have a VIP pass to bring my car to the property. They didn’t tell me when I booked. Also the rooms were below standards unclean and bad ventilation for the price. They are lying to secure business. Avoid at all costs. You will find better facilities with parking about 1.5 - 2 KMS from the temple."
