「The first level room I had reserved was unavailable due to some electrical problems. I accepted a 2nd level room and appreciated the gentleman who brought my luggage to the room. He was very nice. The pool was to be closed and resort fee waived. The pool was serviced faster than management anticipated so they changed the policy and reinstated the resort fee. Guests were to be reimbursed for their lunch. I returned lunch receipt as instructed but it wasn’t taken off my bill. Dante’s dinner...

I didnt realize when I booked this place, I was looking for a place with a hot tub that was near the restaurant I planned on going to for my Birthday. This place was just down the street from my restaurant I came here for. I came here 4 yrs ago for my birthday then too. Everything was perfect, from the check in, the Staff, we came early so we stayed by the pool, to the front desk service, the room, all the amenities, the restaurant, walking...

「Our stay had a few disappointing aspects that affected the overall experience. The kitchen closed at 9:00 PM, which felt quite early. There were no lights on the balcony at night, making it unusable after dark. There were also no outdoor showers after returning from the beach—only a small area to rinse your feet. The trash cans in the rooms did not have bags, which was inconvenient. One of the biggest negatives was that while we were relaxing by the pool, staff passed by with garbage containers...

「Breakfast was excellent each morning. Have stayed here several times and usually an always pleased. I was given a room right off the Lobby which I now realize is probably a room used often for guest with dogs. Strong smell of damp dog when entering each time. Will request a room on other floors in the future to avoid this smell.」

「Absolutely loved the room. Spacious, clean. Beach was not crowded when we were there (Late July). Located away from the super busy area near downtown Fort Myers beach, but not isolated. No restaurant on site but lots of great options near by. The pool is not huge by any stretch and we ended up spending most water time at the beach. Loved the wrap around balcony, we had breakfast and lunch out there. Will definitely visit again.」
