We had an unpleasant experience at the desk when we requested plates that were missing from our kitchenette but other than that the other staff did try to make up for her rude behavior and lack of ability to want to do her job which was appreciated. "The unit was old and dated. Could tell the property was an off brand hotel before & Hilton put there name on it. My BIGGEST ISSUE WAS wanting to charge us for EVERY SINGLE THING. We’ve stayed at Hiltons and Hampton Inns a lot. Never have signed up for Honors club, so that’s on me, but to pay that price for a room and then have to pay For breakfast, parking plus a $1.00 per bottle of water in the room was a bit much. Even Motel 6 give a bottle of water to customers. Almost felt like they did a count on toilet paper sheets we used so if we used over the allotted number of sheets/not Honors membership they’d charge extra. Although the staff were above expectations. Kind and very courteous. Even though you CAN change a traveler for each individual thing, you shouldn’t!"
