「Overall great location and worth the money all day」

「Over priced. The parking charge is high. The shower is weak. 」

「The room I stayed in, the wallpaper was peeling. Looked like some minor water damage. If you happen to obtain a tour credit, the staff isn’t very knowledgeable about it, that’s including the concierge. I enjoyed the stay nonetheless.」

「There was a MOUSE in our room. We reported to the staff when we checked out the next day (thank God it was the next day that w are checking out) and they did not even apologize.」

「From the moment we checked in until we checked out two days later, this was an outstanding experience. The rooms were excellent, clean and well stocked, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the on-site bar and restaurant were quite good, and they made parking a breeze (via valet). Convenient to everything you’d want to do in New Orleans, the Mazarin is a great place to rest and refresh. We will definitely be staying there again; highly recommended!」
