"Clean room "

"Great room, great price! "

"Booked an ocean front with balcony view and called the night before and asked for higher up room for the view. Upon checkin they said only room available was on ground floor and I asked to be moved after the first night and again after second night The personal at front desk were very rude. Booked a room with kitchen was a mistake. Only one small element on stove works microwave didn’t work and cooking utensils was a joke. "

"Location to nearby sites, aesthetics, and cleanliness were wonderful. The added daily “resort fee” wasn’t great, though I did appreciate the hotel offering perks in return ($15 food/beverage credit, free walking tour options). I also did not like having the hotel attached to the mall as it requires you to take two sets of elevators to get to the rooms (hotel lobby is on the 11th floor). Overall good experience, but likely won’t return as there are lots of similarly great hotels nearby that are a bit more affordable."

"Everything was good"

"The room was too small, no balcony. The window was next to the aisle, if you open the courtain, everyone walking can see you inside. Breakfast buffet, the same everyday. The water at the Waterfall Pool was very cold, no one went in. Umbrellas and chairs at the beach, not included $50 a day."

"The place was in a great location, variety of food close by. The staff was amazing and very helpful, nice clean rooms and facilities."

"It is right in the beach and that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated, bathroom had no counter space, shower had lots of tangled long hair around shampoo/shower gel dispensers. Front desk stuff was very stiff and unfriendly. Was our first time in Clearwater to show aquarium to the kids, definitely the last time as well. "
