The room was not clean and the elevator was also poorly maintained. The tub and shower did not drain properly. While the hotel made an effort with updates, it felt like a cheap attempt to cover up deeper issues. Overall, disappointing stay.

Wow! Absolutely one of the greatest experiences staying in Tallahassee. Derrick has a true passion and care for the hotel and making sure the customer experience is better than expected. The rooms were the perfect layout for our stay. Thank you for helping us feel at home, away from home.

While I was settling down to my room, management told me that a pipe broke while I was in the shower and was told I will be moved to a new room. I was rushing to repack my things and head to my new room. House keeping didn’t come to my room on Wednesday to clean the room and I wasn’t told when will they be coming in to clean. Most of the time, no one was in front desk to assist me. One thing that I like was the 24/7 hour laundry.

We had an incredible stay at StayAPT Suites! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The facility was peaceful, spotless, and impeccably maintained, with everything smelling fresh and inviting. Our apartment-style room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full kitchen that made it feel like a true home away from home. My stay was nice and peaceful but I originally booked a Delux Kind room and they called me the day of my check-in to say they dont have any king rooms available and offered the 2 queen room, I said yes to it but when I checked in they give me a handicapped unit. They were no one at the front desk area. So there was no communication 😕. Was not happy with that.

My stay here on my birthday was everything I could have hoped for and more! This wasn’t just a hotel, it truly felt like a full apartment. Spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you’d need to live comfortably, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. (And if they ever decide to rent these out long-term, they better call me first!) The location was unbeatable… close to all the entertainment, restaurants, the mall, downtown, and both the FSU and FAMU campuses. Cascade Park was literally right out the back door, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a morning coffee run. The bed was incredible… the kind you sink into and immediately question all your other life choices because nothing compares. Plus, Courtney at the front desk made the check-in process effortless. She was welcoming, professional, and really set the tone for a great stay. Overall, the space was cozy, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep, it’s a full experience!
