"I loved everything about this place (5 star all the way) except for the light over the sink (negative stars if I could give them). Since the "bathroom" is not a separate room, the light over the sink shines in the eyes of anyone trying to sleep in the bed. One person cannot be using that light while another is sleeping. Even worse, this light is set to a motion detector. If someone gets up in the middle of the night, the light will go on and shine in the face of the sleeping partner until the "bathroom" area is vacated and the light is manually turned back off. We couldn't figure out any way to disable that sensor. If there was any special switch combination to disable it, we couldn't find it and there were no instructions anywhere. What kind of idiot designs something like that?"

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is superb with plenty of good food around and just 2 minutes walk to ximen station."

"Great location, good value but smaller room. Enjoyed the complementary snacks and coffee in the lounge and the free (self wash) laundry set us up for the next leg of our journey. The staff were very friendly and communicated quite well in English."

I left my wallet behind after I checked out, they sent me an email right away to inform me of such. it was picked up by cleaning crew and forwarded to the front desk. All my US cash and two credit cards were intact!! Amazing and thankful from my heart!! "
