「Lovely hotel - reception area, bar and restaurant and room were newly renovated to an excellent standard. Only complaint is the room walls were quite thin so I could hear the room next door. Facilities (spa and leisure centre) are currently undergoing refurbishment so were not open during my stay but this was reflected in the price. Would highly recommend for a business or leisure stay. 」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「Lovely hotel apartment. The only thing i would say is on a safety point of view. My 4 year old woke up in the night at 1.10am, confused (as didnt know where he was) and when he went looking for us, he actually went out the main door to the corridor and up the stairs (we were on the first floor). It wasnt until we heard him crying through the walls that we shocked awake and went looking for him. The night receptionist, was on and heard what had happened, but our son went up the stairs so...

「Reception was efficient enough, but think the 2 guys at the desk were more bothered about lack of room keys than smiling at or engaging with their customers - definitely not “guests” to them! Nothing rude or unpleasant, but not welcoming.」

「Nice comfortable hotel, clean and quiet. Plenty of car parking spaces. Ordered room service for dinner as was told there was a big party arriving for the restaurant. Only down fall from the stay was at 8.30am there was virtually no breakfast items left, except stale bread/pastries. Guess you better get up earlier if you want a full english! 」

「Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before...
