「We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working...

「The hotel was nice, but our room’s closet smelled like cigarettes and now our clothes wreak of it. The spa was also nice but they don’t explain things well and the language barrier is tough. My massage was very underwhelming, but the facial was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great, dinner menu was not our taste but they gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants. We did one of the hotel e-bike tours (supposed to be 5 hrs with a stop for lunch) but my husband’s chain broke within an...

「Great location, walking distance to bus stops to access hikes around the region. Rooms were nicely decorated and air conditioning was working. Rooms weremrpivided woth bathrobe and slippers and pool was heated with a nice view looking towards the clock tower. Steam room was also of decent size, and there was a good selection for breakfast including cooked to order breakfast items (eg. Omelette)」
