「Lo único que no me gustó de la propiedad es que el servicio al cliente de forma presencial es hasta las 8:00 pm. Pero de lo demás un 20/10. Es un lugar para desconectarse y relajarse.」

「Place was not as described. Facility has holes on the ceiling, bedroom door in bad shape, bed smells like smoke, bathroom is shared by all and the bedroom fridge wasn’t working.」

「Really only had one issue. The room we had was the closest to the karaoke pit and it was super loud until 10pm. You couldn't even make a phone call in the room. Staff did move us to a different room at the other end of the complex and it was fine over there. Just something to ask about when you book the room in case you need it to be a bit quiet for business/personal calls, watching TV, or whatever. Other than that it's a fun place to hang out. Beautiful views, great activities, etc.」

「El baño estaba sucio, la ducha llena de limo ( tuve que comprar detergente para lavarla). La piscina llena de hojas. La cama tenia acaros, gracias a dios que llevamoa ropa de cama extra y spray para la cama ( la primera noche fue horrible, a mitad de la noche nos levantamos por algo no estaba picando)」

「Beautiful local hotel in the middle of the mountains. We stayed a couple of nights during a family trip and it was great. You will be surrounded by nature and the sounds of Puerto Rico country side. The food at the restaurant was amazing, it is pet friendly and the staff was very attentive. My wife did not like the drive through the curvy mountains roads to reach it, but is worth it.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful; however, check-in was not available to us when we arrived at 4 am after a long flight and a two-hour drive. We had to wait until the front desk people showed up at 6 am. The music was too loud, and when parties were happening in the conference room, it kept you awake if you were in the 100's rooms. The weekends are open like a club and the pool is open to outside guests.」

「Where do I start? It's a hidden gem. The best kept secret. The staff was amazing Deymalie, Lillian and Christian went far above our expectations! They were courteous, professional and so very friendly. The villa was so romantic and cozy. Everything super clean ! We loved it and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for quality and professional stay.」
