"Great staff and location. The hotel needs some TLC particularly the gardens and pool area. The bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. "There was sand on the entire floor of the apartment when we got the room( they were super friendly I could have asked them to clean it, but I didn't) and the temperature of the water in the shower would fluctuate from cold to hot it would not stay at one temperature. "This property was in a great location, allowing exploring the Rincon area. The deck area and small balcony were nice places to hang out. The kitchenette area was appreciated. We had an issue with the a/c, but the host was very responsive in getting it resolved."
