The only thing i could say about the stay that i know isn't in their controll is the quiet time. There were guest in the corridor having loud conversations after hours. 「We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.」
