「Excellent property with the creek in front of the property. We didn't manage to find the platypus!」

「My partner and I made an emergency reservation fairly late on the same day we were meant to arrive in town. We encountered some extenuating circumstances during our vacation, which meant we needed a safe place to sleep for a couple of nights. Despite this short notice, our stay was fantastic! 「Nice and comfort place」

「Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.」

「I booked a two bedroom cottage, However, they arrange a one bedroom cottage for me. Inside the cottage, Another room was locked. So I have to find someone to help me To unlock the second bedroom. That wasted me half an hour To ask for help.」

「This place is very close to the seaside, and the decoration is luxurious and grand. The most commendable thing is that the staff's service was very attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is recommended to replace the faucet of the bathroom basin and add curtains for the toilet.」

「We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart.」
