「Clean tidy and peaceful 」

「Lovely welcoming staff and informative introduction. Comfortable, spacious room with delicious cooked breakfast. Located in centre of town with off street parking. We loved our 2 nights here!」

「Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.」

「We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart.」

「Quirkiness everywhere in this property. Very unique in you need to take the time to actually see everything. Good location to see Russell Falls and surroundings without having to travel in/out of Hobart. We stayed here after travelling the Central Highlands which is also stunning. 」

The most commendable thing is that the staff's service was very attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is recommended to replace the faucet of the bathroom basin and add curtains for the toilet.」
