"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"We stayed for 10 days in coco palm from 3rd of April 2025. The hotel is in a nice location at Rodney Bay with 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches. It is one and half hour from UVF airport to the hotel. Staff at the receptions; Carleen, Roxanna and Vincent; were very polite and helpful. "The property was pretty good overall. It has amazing pools and the facility is in pretty good condition. Some of the staff however not so good. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant but some demonstrated they preferred not to be there. Food truck staff, guy manning the pasta station at the buffet were not polite and didn’t make me feel welcome. Small beach area but nice view! Liked the place overall. Might not stay there again though. "
