「I only stayed there for location due to 6am flight. Hotel has been renovated, but somehow I preferred the old look. There is an issue with soundproofing though, you can't hear planes (Vilnius airport isn't busy anyway), but you can hear your neighbours very clearly which is annoying. If you don't care about noise, it's a good option, otherwise I think it's wiser to book something else and just take a cab or bus to the airport.」

「Stayed in a room on the ground floor facing the road, on a quiet street so we had a good sleep. However, for the same reason, we did not open the window, with no air conditioning/circulation, the room was stuffy and need to turn on the table fan while it's zero degree outside. Shower is quite weak. Walk approx. 10 mins to town, helpful staff, provide late check in until after mid-night (but be careful late check out costs a little per room), overall is good.」

「Dobry standard pokoju. Wyposażenie dość nowe i wszystko sprawne. Parking - możliwość darowego parkowania na pobliskich ulicach i osiedlu. Mało wolnych miejsc parkingowych ale można coś znaleźć. Woda z prysznica zalewa łazienkę i podłogę w pokoju. Nie da się korzystać z prysznica bez zalewania podłogi. Słabo sprzątnięty pokój - śmieci w koszu i długie włosy w aneksie kuchennym po poprzednim gościu. Nie działa aplikacja do samodzielnego zameldowania! Na szczęście jest recepcja i kontakt...

「Hotel Pacai is truly one of my favorite hotels in the world. I come to Lithuania often to visit family, but I always make sure to spend at least one night in Vilnius just so I can stay here. Every room is unique, and I love exploring all of the beautiful spaces throughout the hotel. Pacai really feels like a home away from home for me, and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone visiting Vilnius.」

「The room was clean but was not aware that the room was supposed to be clean each day. It was not clear. Only on the 4-5th day was there room service request by staff.」
