「For the service highlight:
The tall, thin man, who helped us with our luggage, always with big smiles on his face and greeted guests when they were back hotel. And after we called for room air problems, he came to see the air conditioner thing and helped us to change a room with window. Special thanks to him!

「Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.」
「Location , quiet, near railway and bus station s. Very good breakfast and dinner selection.
Easy to walk into old city, and plenty of buses at 1.50 euro a trip back uphill from city centre.

「We driven to Vilnius from Siauliai city, it tooks us almost three hours. The hotel looks not big but inside the room is nice, reception lady very kind and provide us enough information. We also had a nice breakfast there. So far all good, but one thing is there's a bit noise during the night, which made me a sleepless night. Hope this can be better in future.」
「Nice hotel. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town or a quick ride on the tram.
Good front of house staff. Room was nice. Coffee in the bar was lovely.
Only quibbles would be:
- could do with some more comfy seats in the bar area
- we had a room at the front left corner of the hotel and there was loud music (bass) from we assume a nearby bar/club that went on past 11pm
- they closed the whole bar area one evening for a private event which I felt was a bit off. There should be a...
