Great location for Vingis parkrun, literally 5 mins walk straight line from the hotel entrance. Room as ok, dated but clean with everything you’ll need. I was lucky to get a 13 floor room, so the views were excellent. I didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment, but I did stick my head in and it looks like a good variety. Staff was ok, wasn’t overly friendly but very professional.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The only thing is that we booked it because they have an airport shuttle, not realizing that it had to be reserved in advance. Next time we'll know!

Nice enough hotel. I was disappointed that the pool area charges 20€ per person and one has to request it 1 hour in advance. No mention of that anywhere in Hotels. Com just that they have a pool and spa. Also soap dispenser was empty.

This place needs a professional manager. Even though it has aged, and sure shows it, it would have potential if properly managed. Many services provided were out of order, and complaining was dealt with by the staff providing answers which were certainly economical with the truth and downright insulting to one's intelligence. There are just to many to list, but one in particular beggars belief. The minibar refrigerator didn't work, called reception, and soon maintenance worker came, checked fridge and agreed it was not working, and he would arrange repair or replace one that worked. Each day for the next three days I complained that it still didn't work and got no response. On the fourth day, again complained and was told the hotel mini bars were not fridges, and just for beer, wine, spirits storage. I asked why the device was plugged into an electric outlet and was told that was to keep the contents at the 15 C temperature. Other numerous complains received no response - too many to bother listing. In sum, this place deserves a two star rating.

The room isn't cleaned everyday, the check-in was awkward, I didn't like the food in the restaurant I had a chicken Kiev. On the check out day I was asked if my stay was ok, I said I didn't like my meal in the restaurant, the reply I got was poor. The receptionist said "other people like the food and perhaps I was looking for something special" this isn't how you reply to a customer. A "sorry sir if the food wasn't to your liking" would have been better.

Enjoyable stay !

The room was old style but clean, nice and spacious with a good bed. Location was very good too, easy parking, and half an hour walk into the old town. Only breakfast could be a little better, for example more choice in bread and bread spread.
