Very good location just about walking distance from Train station. The Old town starts from hotel. All attractions are within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was good. Staff very polite and helpful. Room is small but enough for 2 people. Slightly noisy as it’s on main road. Transportation is very cheap in Vilnius. Airport ride on Taxi just costs about Euro5

I warned the staff that I would arrive after the operation hours of the front desk. They came very close to arrange a way for me to take my key from a safe. However, due to a "technical problem", they said that they didn't see my reservation, so they didn't arrange anything for my arrival. They could not be joined in any way, late at night. I had to sleep in a park somewhere in the city. Now, in the morning, they're trying not to refund the night. Catastrophic interaction with their clients! Very bad impression of the country!

NO AIR CON - Say goodbye to sleep

We stayed here for two nights and couldn't get even a few hours of sleep. You can hear the neighbours through the vents in the room and the bathroom and through the doors - basically zero sound insulation. They also advertise that they have air con - they don't, so in the summer heat, it was unbearable. Rooms are very dusty and old, and need a full refurbishment. TV channels are only in German or Russian for whatever strange reason. The reception staff ignored us when we arrived even though we stood 1 meter away from them - they didn't acknowledge us in any way. Also, Lithuanian didn't seem to be the preferred language. Breakfast food was unappetising, to say the least. Old dry pastries, fresh fruit plates all empty, yoghurt looked like it was brought back from the Soviet Union. The lift was broken on the last day and they only bothered putting a note up on the first floor. Everyone had to drag their suitcases up/down 4-5 flights of stairs.
