「The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !」

They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. 「Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that.
