「Arrived late and key was in an envelope taped to the door. Room was spacious and clean. No hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was available in a nice room with a fire place on the first level. Beautiful scenery in the mountains. Ample parking. 」

「Room was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there was some kind of event for high schoolers this weekend it was still pretty loud after 10 pm but otherwise my stay was great! Will definitely be back 」

「Don’t close the pool at 10pm. What’s the difference if someone swims at 7pm or midnight? 」

「Staff not really concerned with an item I left behind. Was told to call back. Asked if they could make a note as it’s an obvious item that could have picked up on my way back home. Was told just to call back. When I did another employee took my number but never called back to follow up. Stayed at holiday inn all over and many many times. May not return. 」

「When we arrived, there was a ton of confusion. A film crew was setting up to film scenes in an upcoming Amazon film. We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...
