「The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night of our stay and we were disappointed because we planned on eating there. I guess I should have checked the restaurant hours before booking. Most of the town had businesses that were closed in the middle of the week, so just be aware when you book. 「Staff was very helpful particularly Jerry in outside cafe. Grounds keeper did a beautiful job! Outdoor pool was amazing! Will be back to swim in in the winter. Loved the shops located in the main building. We stayed in Maple Glen which was lovely. I was disappointed my room was dark but now know to ask for a sunnier room when booking.」

「It’s an amazing location in the heart of Rhinebeck. Our room was fine, except for the bathroom. The toilet handle was installed backward and that made it hard to get the tank to refill; a couple of times had to lift the cover to make it work.」

「Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated.
