Very clean and Newly remodeled Room. Close to the main shopping street and very walkable to restaurants and a fantastic view of the river. We would definitely stay again. Parking was excellent. The main street is very upscale but all the surrounding streets either look poor or empty.After awhile I found the town pretentious.They need to have better directions to a nice Conservation Center that we walked to after getting lost looking for it.
Been to Hudson a number of times.. it’s a lovely walkable town, art galleries, Antique shops, restaurants, friendly shopkeepers.. dog friendly. Recommend a visit!
Love Hudson! Only negative... for a town that lures weekenders with galleries, antiques and boutiques to come and ‘shop til you drop’ the stores don’t open until 11, and most close by 5 or 6! Frustrating!!
Amazing food options. But overall, the people there were not as welcoming and friendly to visitors. Felt like we were bothers rather than guests.
Destinations were Thomas Cole home and exhibit of his work in Catskill and Olana in Hudson. Both were wonderful.
Hudson is a great town.
