「My toddler needed her own blanket but they wouldnt let us have another. The fire alarm went off after I got my child to sleep. They left it blasting in my room and one next to me for half an hour to assess blame, accusations in the middle of the night for it to happen again in the morning. None of us smoke. We paid for sleep. That's all. And didn't let us sleep. There was construction that vibrated the walls starting at 5am. They failed at being a place to sleep.」

「Room was clean, hotel was quiet, and when I checked out, I realized hours later I'd left my power brink in the hotel room. The housekeeping staff had turned it in and I was able to get it back. Thank you for your honesty! 」

「No fridge no microwave. The bathroom looks dirty. The rest of the room is fairly clean. The outside is dirty. The staff knocks on my door every morning but never brings me fresh towels or asks if i need anything. I have to go to the office to get towels and trashbags. Im here for work but for the price i feel like there should be better service. 」

「you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. 」

「Rooms were nice, staff went above and beyond. Really enjoyed our stay. 」

「Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system. 」
