「Only a short drive to historic downtown Frederick.」

「No fridge no microwave. The bathroom looks dirty. The rest of the room is fairly clean. The outside is dirty. The staff knocks on my door every morning but never brings me fresh towels or asks if i need anything. I have to go to the office to get towels and trashbags. Im here for work but for the price i feel like there should be better service. 」

「My toddler needed her own blanket but they wouldnt let us have another. The fire alarm went off after I got my child to sleep. They left it blasting in my room and one next to me for half an hour to assess blame, accusations in the middle of the night for it to happen again in the morning. None of us smoke. We paid for sleep. That's all. And didn't let us sleep. There was construction that vibrated the walls starting at 5am. They failed at being a place to sleep.」

「I visit Frederick often for business and decided to splurge for a "nicer" hotel than what I usually pick. Overall, I was surprised with how shabby this property was compared with what I'm used to, especially the lack of amenities and the much higher price point. While room was clean, furniture was all mismatched and looked like it came from a thrift store. Everything sort of worked, at least. I have stayed in about a dozen different hotels around Frederick for the past year and this is by far...

「you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. 」
