「I was apprehensive to book because some of the reviews were bad. But I can assume it’s because it was high season and when a resort this big, is at max; there’s going to be downfalls. We experienced none of that and had the most amazing time. From the bar tenders to the cleaning ladies. They were all very hospitable and welcoming. 「My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time.」

「Nice hotel with big and modern ( and new) room with all the facility. Great location. In front of Ochio rios beach ( guest from the hotel has free pass to enter the beach). The negative points were: the WiFi is not very good ( a bit unstable) and there is no 24h reception.」

「It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !! 」
