「Staff were really friendly and warm especially the breakfast staff Nazda, Bernard, Landor, Diana, and also the bar staff Danville and Nikita. Super lovely guys, made our stay feel like we were staying with family. Our cleaner Thelma was a dear and looked after us. Loved the pool, jacuzzi, and the sea balcony. Great location close to Mohogony beach, Ochi main street, Bay Beach and Eight rivers shopping centre etc. Very chilled place and will definitely be returning.」

「My stay was not great from the beginning. 1. I messaged the property to let them know that I was experiencing delays and would not be able to check in until 4am but did not receive a response. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered. 2. When I arrived at the property, the lights were off and no security in site. I checked the property next door and was told that the property was closed for renovations. I ended up contacting Expedias customer service where they also were not able to...

「Beautiful house, there was also toiletries in the bathroom. Looks even better in person. Safe gated community. Even outside the gates are safe. This is a great place to stay to be safe but also live the life of a local」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the hotel was phenomenal. One issue was that we were stranded outside the hotel one night as gate was closed and it took half an hour for the security guard to hear us and open the gate. Hotel may wish to consider giving guests a keynote or a gate pass in case they return late and security does not hear them or to provide an emergency contact tact to the security or management. But apart from that it was a lovely stay.」
