"From the moment we first walked through the front doors, we were greeted with the warmest, friendliest smile from Montserrat, at the front desk. We were exhausted from travel and she was kind, patient and helpful with us arriving early and getting us checked into our room. The room was perfect!!! The view of the Tower Bridge and Shard in the background was spectacular. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling with my two teenage children so we needed a rollaway bed and it was brought to us very quickly along with extra towels. The bathtub was amazing. Great water pressure and hot water. Soaking in the large tub after a long day of exploring the city was a wonderful way to unwind and relax. There were lots of restaurants along the marina, right around the corner from the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, Viscinity, but the menu looked delicious and the view from the outdoor seating area with firepits looked absolutey beautiful. Hopefully, we can dine there on a future visit. And once again, upon check out, we were pleasantly greeted by Montserrat. I can't say enough good things about her and our wonderful stay at The Tower Hotel. I would gladly stay there again on future visits and highly recommend to anyone visiting London. "

"Funny how the little things matter the most when it comes to rating a hotel. I liked everything about this hotel except 1 thing! Bad pillows mean a bad night of sleep and when you just got off the “red eye” from the US, the pillows need to be soft and comfortable, they weren’t. They were flat and hard! Think about the difference between a nice dinner roll and a plain white cracker!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. Overall, a very pleasant experience I would definitely return and recommend it to others."

"The room was too small; there was little room to move around or store your luggage. The room was very clean with really nice bath towels. It was walking distance to restaurants for food."

"We had such a great stay here. The location was honestly one of the best parts—it was so easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions, which made everything really convenient. There are also many restaurants right outside the hotel, so we never had to go far for a great meal. The hotel itself feels really elegant but still comfortable at the same time. Breakfast was so good—definitely something we looked forward to each morning—and there was plenty of it. One thing I loved was the little lounge area where you could grab coffee or tea anytime. Having that available 24/7 was such a nice touch, especially after a long day out. Overall, just a really lovely stay and I’d definitely come back."

"I stayed here for a family trip to London. The hotel is so close to all the tourists sites and it is right beside Victoria Train Station and only a direct 30 minute train ride from Gatwick airport. The hotel is so tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All 3 of us loved the quality of our breakfast as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we did not have time to try out the gym. "
