"The staff right when we got there was very welcoming. Got us checked in early as well with a great poolside view. Even asked if we needed help with our bags. Even at the arcade the workers were kind and very patient. The people at the pool working the snack bar were very helpful as well! The room was super clean as well. Overall a great experience and my family is already asking when we can come back."
