"Our stay was great. Free breakfast for guests. I loved that they served breakfast earlier due to the Navy boot camp graduation. The only complaint would be The gym room has old equipment and smells like old sweat. But that would not stop me from booking again if visiting the area."

"Breakfast had many options to choose from, even had chocolate waffle batter along with the regular batter. The hotel room was an average type room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, it sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We didn't use the pool/hot tub, as you needed to ask the front desk staff for an access key."

"I was charged double the deposit at check-in. The tv clicked loudly and didn’t connect well. The state of the pool didn’t look inviting to swim. Beds were comfortable. "

"Our first room was very dirty and the head board was completely broken from the wall. I brought this to the attention of management and they promptly moved us to an upgraded room that was very clean. I appreciated the quick resolution. The complimentary cooked hot breakfast and omelette station was also very nice. "

"Tiny aunts crawling on the nightstand. Room was supposed to be “accessible” but only the bathroom was. Would not recommend this room type if you use a wheel chair or walker. Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that, but, it’s a “smoke free” hotel"

"Perfectly consistent, adequate Holiday Inn Express. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, location was decent, surrounding area was good. "

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."
