"Very nice hotel and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The pool is incredible - you have to reserve in advance and the times did not seem so flexible (only one hour in the mornings), but this could have been because we were a family of four. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant at dinner had very nice food - could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu (eg no pasta dishes was a bit of a surprise). On the whole, very nice place for relaxation!"

"we stayed 5 nights. Although it seems that the hotel is not full, the receptionist refused to give us an upgrade to see view room. Room was comfortable, but bed is not very comfortable. On the contrary to the reception, the staff in the bar and on the terrace with the pool was very friendly and helpful, especially the life guard boy(I don't know his name) who gave us many tips of local interest, where to eat as a local, what is worth visiting, where to shop... The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
