Hotel molto bello e situato sotto l'Etna. La camera al terzo piano sono prive di oscuranti ed hanno molte finestre. Alle 5 di mattina entra luce e sincermente lo trovo fuori luogo. Per doccia solo.vasca senza box si allaga tutto. Ristorante buono.

We stayed two nights at the end of June. This hotel is in a very convenient location because it is central. It's close to Catania, Taormina and Mt Etna - all easily reachable within half an hour or so. It was an okay stay, but definitely not 4-star, in retrospect. The pool was an experience - it's obviously a source of additional income for the hotel so it's always crowded with non-guests. This goes for the parking, as well. It's a nightmare. Pluses: Convenient location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Minuses: Pool and parking. Overall, it served us well.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The pool is incredible - you have to reserve in advance and the times did not seem so flexible (only one hour in the mornings), but this could have been because we were a family of four. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant at dinner had very nice food - could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu (eg no pasta dishes was a bit of a surprise). On the whole, very nice place for relaxation!

Wir wissen nicht genau, was wir von diesem Hotel halten sollen. Es war sauber, die Mitarbeiter alle Hilfsbereit, der Shuttleservice hat einwandfrei geklappt und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, bis auf Möbel auf der Terrasse, auch die umliegenden Balkone hatten keine Gartenmöbel, sodass man draußen nicht sitzen konnte. Der Lüfter des Spabereiches lief durchgehend auf der weitläufigen Terrasse, wo man sowieso keine Privatsphäre hatte. Das Zimmer war dunkel eingerichtet, da es nur Stehlampen gab. Der Spabereich und auch die angebotene Massage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wir haben nicht einmal die Salzmassage bekommen, welche wir vorab gebucht hatten. Der Poolbereich ist schön und man bekommt Handtücher. Auch die Preise der Poolbar sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant hat keine Riesenauswahl, sodass man nach ein paar Tagen gut und gern im Ort nach anderen Restaurants guckt. Wir hatten trotzdem einen wundervollen Urlaub!!

Très mauvais comportement du personnel envers les clients. Acces impossible au parking ou reservé uniquement a certains clients par le personnel de securité qui refuse de discuter ou vous menace. L’albergo si trova in località per poter raggiungere Aci Trezza,ACI Castello e Catania. Una bella struttura anche se si vede che è un po’ datata.ottima colazione con dolce e salato.Personale molto attento alle esigenze della clientela. Consigliato. Scelta per un pranzo veloce molto semplice, il phone della mamma a camera non funzionava ma hanno provedutto subito con una alternativo. La Spa ha degli orari e prenotazione ma il prezzo per ch alloggia non mi é sembrato diverso da chi viene solo per la spa. La colazione non ha una scelta di fruta fresca. Il postino é carino, comodo ampio. Camera ampia con terrazzo.

The room was dirty so was the surrounding areas. The bed was comfortable. The hotel needs a refresh of paint on the walls and a few repair as many things were broken or really old. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel that Expedia should advertised as such but rather a 2-3 stars.
