「Sleep Inn Moundsville was in a great location, had plenty of parking, was very clean, had a wonderful included breakfast, and welcoming staff. The only thing that was a complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud and rattled when it would turn on. Other than that, this hotel was perfect for my stay in Moundsville. I will definitely come again!」

「Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property.」

「This was one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The room wax clean, staff was attentive and prompt and our experience was all in all very pleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home.」

「Crisp, clean, bright and cheery! Helpful staff. Perhaps some of the floor in the dining area could have been a little cleaner but not bad enough to lose a star over. Would definitely stay again.」

「Had trouble with our door keys working properly. Staff replaced them but still had glitch. Maybe handle mechanism is the issue. Otherwise, nice stay. Safe and convenient.」

「Location was good, the room was fairly clean but had odors. Had to buy air fresheners. If had a small table and two chairs could be better.」

「Hotel was going through some renovations but otherwise very clean and quiet. Our room lacked a wardrobe or dresser to put clothes, no place to hang clothing except for the shower rod. Not sure if our room was complete from renovations but it it was it's missing some key pieces of furniture. Overall, I would stay again.」

「The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there...

「I have to start with how impressed I was with this hotel. Usually this chain doesn't impress, but this hotel really did. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a nice indoor pool and spa, a hotel bar that opens around 6:30PM and a nice breakfast that closes a little early but it was good. The room I had was perfect for what I needed and the price was right!!!」
