「Great staff, great suites, just the cleanliness of the carpets, rugs, hallways, and elevators is a bit worn down and outdated, but this is fine. I like that the resort didn't feel corporate and felt family-friendly. I think if they replaced the carpets, it'd do wonders for the place.」

「Check in was okay with the older lady but some of the middle aged men and women where kinda rude and not helpful but the older lady with glasses was wonderful I'm not sure of her name she was there when I check at 430 on 8/29/25」

「Beach view. They didn’t have the room we requested but were accommodating even as busy as they were. We ended up with a room very similar to our room we’ve had several years in a row. Very friendly staff and non intrusive. Pool was cleaned daily and warm… condo was can and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Decor was minimal tasteful and cute ☺️. Overall very satisfied with our stay. 」

「I thought the front desk clerk wasn’t very clear about where to go to get to the room. It’s a very big place and I had walked around a little bit before figuring out where to go. Other than that all was well. 」
