「The Claridge Granada is beautiful, impeccably maintained hotel with a warm and gracious staff. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.」

「The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. 」

「Beautiful hotel in a central location, so close to the cathedral. The service from all staff is fantastic. The rooftop view of the Alhambra is lovely. Would definitely stay again in Granada!」

「Very warm and helpful staff. Breakfast is simple but just fit. It is a bit difficult to drive there but the hotel provided detailed route.」

「熱水不能用太久，浴缸還沒放滿就變冷水」

「The property itself isn't bad, but the mattress was the WORST I have ever lain on in my entire life. It doesn't matter if the property is clean or has a nice bathroom if you can't get any sleep. Very disappointing!」

「Clean room wide space」

「A+」

「櫃檯服務非常棒無可挑剔，房間也很寬敞，設備也不錯，雖然在山坡上從巴士總站搭計程車大約10歐」

「Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.」
