「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. 「A lovely taste of authentic Italy. We stay in so many chain hotels it was lovely to stay in a hotel that felt more homely and hasn't been over developed or stripped of it's character. Great location; a few short steps into town, great spacious family room, good selection at breakfast and fresh coffee to order available. Garden at breakfast time was a beautiful bonus.
