VERY NOISY- it felt as though our room was right on the highway. Huge trucks rumbled past every 30 seconds. The room was very dark with two windows, one opened onto the highway, and the other open right into the restaurant! If you stay at this hotel, ask for a room in the new wing and not on the highway

Great hotel

Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together!

Convenient for our stay. Clean comfortable spacious room with small sitting area & balcony. Would stay again. Biggest concern for us was “headboard” on bed. Very distinctive look but also very easy to accidentally hit your head on it, as it is a wide hollow metal bar attached to the wall like a shelf. Glass walled shower in room and lack of floor to ceiling walls on two sides of toilet area could be problematic depending upon traveling companion.

Remote hotel

I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. Location however is in a village about 30 km from Parma. I went to dinner in the village at a traditional restaurant which was excellent. I was the only tourist there. If you can deal with a very remote location, a closed reception until 4 pm, and if you get a room in the new building, then this is actually a 5 star experience.

Sehr tolles und gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Trotz Ferienwohnung wurde jeden Tag das Apartment gereinigt und sogar das Geschirr gespült. Frühstück typisch italienisch, war aber alles da, der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war sehr lecker.

Super séjour

Séjour d'une nuitée dans ce magnifique hôtel. Chambre propre et très bon accueil. Avec les chaleurs estivales italiennes la piscine est un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner continental est un vrai régal.

Axcueil tres professionnel mqis uniquement en italien. Chambre type loft avec balcon. Tres propre et tres moderne. Seul point négatif : les toilettes soint semarees de la chambre mais pas en hauteur. Petit dejeuner copieux.

Nice apartment hotel close to city.

Nice room, with AC in room. A bit diffocult to control the AC, I did not ask for help. Staff would probably fix this right away. Wi-Fi in my room was very slow, but there is also cabled internet available. I had to use this to stream TV on my laptop.

Praktiskt för jobbresa utan fritid.

Enkelt och smidigt. Kylskåp på rummet och två spisplattor plus mikrovågsugn. Värmen krånglade första dagen men det fixades snabbt av personalen. Frukosten serverades kl 07.30 enligt receptionen men det gick att gå dit kl 07.00 då dörren öppnades. Inte mycket att göra i december månad men jag var ju där för arbete. WIFI fungerade med telefon och surfplatta men arbetsdatorn tappade kontakten ofta.

Wonderful hotel for a wonderful place.

Casalmaggiore is a wonderful place, and the Luna Residence Hotel has the spirit of the town. It is very comfortable, clean, has a very kind staff. I felt as I was in my home. I recommend the hotel.
