The Port Hotel

Port Washington

10/10 Excellent

This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Speaking of the "continental breakfast, the selections available rivaled or excelled many other hotel chains touting their "full" breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed linens were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. This property definitely deserves the "Best Hotel in Port...

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel

10/10 Excellent

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Kate Arts Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was a lovely touch and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. It was clear that...

We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This hotel was extra cozy and they had decorated for Christmas which made things feel magical. Cannot recommend the Pfister enough and will...

I had such a great experience this past weekend. Glenda was the front desk person, they were slammed with reservations due to a local power outage. Their systems were down and she had to manage everything on her own. She handled the situation with poise and grace. As I walked through the lobby, not one person was complaining or getting frustrated because of how well she handled the situation. She was a diamond through her whole shift. I will say one thing, the situation she was in all by...
