「Located close to the station and bus station. However, property is in a poor condition and on the day of check out there was no running water in the bathroom. The previous day, the water flow of the shower was a weak drip.」

「Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very safe garage.」

「酒店有停车位，位置在广场附近，走路可以逛完所有的景点，早餐丰富，推荐这家酒店」

「It was a really nice property. Very well located. I would defs stay at this hotel again! The staff is very kind and accommodating. Just be aware that if you come by car the overnight parking can add up, about 50euro for 24h at the closest parking lot.」

「Central eazy」

「Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「員工的服務很兩極 前一天預約按摩的時間一到 結果居然已經提早上班 餐廳有位尼泊爾籍服務生,待人很親切」

「Our room had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Parking super convenient. A little tricky to drive to the hotel with one way streets, but once there we walked everywhere. Nice location for touring around the old town. Definitely recommend to friends.」

「Overall good. Just the room located next to the laundry room is not too nice. 」

「Everything is good except that the room was so small that there was no room to laid down our luggages.Beds were tighter than normal single beds.」

「We chose this location because of proximity to the bus station. Was easy to get to. The staff were helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection.」

「交通方便，距離舊城，主要觀光景點只有幾分鐘步行距離。設備整體情況良好，清潔度幾乎滿分。 服務人員熱心，好溝通。 價格實惠，非常推薦這家。」

「Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night.」

「The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.」

「酒店地點比較難在GPS找到！」
