This was in fact the only place we could find that wasn't either booked up or cost outrageous money. Although, the directions link on the Expedia app took us to the middle of nowhere so we had to phone the lovely people at the hotel for help. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip.
