「This hotel was a last minute booking and we’re absolutely delighted with our stay. It was disable friendly. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with juices, cereals, toast and a beautifully cooked full English. The only downside was the shower which was not much more than a trickle although temperature was great, also the television just pixelated so unwatchable. The Wi-Fi was perfect. 「This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. 」

「Beautiful Hotel with very friendly welcoming staff nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent food 5 stars to the Chefs and kitchen staff. I highly recommend the Coddled Beef Steak to any meat eaters it’s delicious as was all our meals. Added bonus of evening entertainment with lovely chatty bar staff. I will definitely stay there again. 」

「Really well presented property with very functional and immaculate rooms. The staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. I was surprised but loved how welcome dogs were. Beyond their control but parking is limited but I guess that is par for the course. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Room very clean, plenty towels, bedding clean, had trouble with tv a lot of channels didnt work ,shower lovely plenty hot water very good breakfast, plenty to chose from had good 4 days plus we were upgraded to family room with big double bed plus 2 single beds for just myself and my adult son who has autism have stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed our stay staff excellent 」
