"Pros: Great friendly staff, nice pools both indoor and outdoor, clean rooms, still provide the individual soap and shampoo, typical breakfast buffet with nice outdoor seating options, centrally located to everything. Cons: Room access is from outside if that bothers you. Kind of spread out facility if you have trouble walking. Would stay here again for the price."

"We had booked this hotel for our first night arriving in Gatlinburg; it was an in between to check into our air bnb the next day. It was just my husband and I this trip but we kept saying how great the hotel would be for our kids if they were with us. The night we were there, they had a family movie night with popcorn included The hotel allowed 24/7 pool and hot tub use which is a bonus compared to other hotels. Our room and bathroom was clean. Free breakfast was average. Would stay again!"

"We took our grandkids for the weekend as a birthday gift and we absolutely loved this place the grandkids had such a blast the waterslides and splash pool was a huge hit and the arcade with all of the games , bowling etc was amazing, there was so much to do for the kids ten out of ten and we will definitely stay again "
