「The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly...

「Had a 2 night stay for work purposes and it was quiet and easy to access. Just had no hot water on my first night but this was quickly rectified the next day.」

「The motel is adequate. just a block from the beach and 5 min's from Pacific Fair and the Convention Centre. 7/11 over the road and take aways right next door. If all you are after is a bed and a shower with a kitchenette, then this is priced really well. Good and Clean.」

「We had everything we needed and given the price it was reasonable. Would have been good to have blankets on the beds. The beds only had sheets and with 5 of us staying, only 2 blankets in the cupboard. Awaiting our bond to be refunded which is unusual given it should only be a hold on funds but will keep trying to follow up to have this returned. Average, clean condition, reasonable price for what we received. Thank you. 」

「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

「We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.」
