「Staff is great, bartender is excellent. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only issue is that the valet parking is done with an outside vendor. Very complicated to get your vehicle as you have to sign up in their website, which requires you to share your credit card information with someone you have no idea who it is or how they might use it. Plus, it's $55 per night. Hotel staff graciously handled my complaint and fetched my car, but it clearly is a customer service issue...

「Fantastic location~ I didn’t use my car the whole time I was staying there! Good restaurants within walking distance, excellent museums, park, and botanic gardens. Huge room, like three times the size of an average hotel room! Loved the blackout blinds. Only negative was that Fox News was on in the breakfast area 」
