「I booked king bed room, upon arrival receptionist said my room is not available, instead of king bed I got two queen bed. I couldn’t sleep with my wife on a queen bed it’s just too small for us, so we had to separate and sleep into two beds, the queen bed room was directly by the highway, we couldn’t sleep by hearing all the highway traffic, my wife was gonna take a shower saw the tub was dirty and had some hair in it. Just very uncomfortable experience. Never here again 」

Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois 2 nuits en 12 jours, la 1ere chambre était moins spacieuse et la climatisation plus bruyante que dans la 2eme. La porte ne fermait pas bien, on devait tirer fort sur la poignée pour qu’elle se verouille. Il n’y a pas de service de ménage et nous avons dû demander des serviettes le 2eme matin. 「Room was clean. Elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Fridge in my room did not work, which I bought drinks and was hoping to put in there. My son was looking forward to the pool and it was out of service. Staff was nice!」

「Room wasn’t very clean. Wires hanging out of air conditioner. Ac wouldn’t work on auto. Alerted staff they came up said it had to be on auto and left. That didn’t work so I switched it back to on. My husband has severe asthma and ended up taking him to urgent care that morning because it got to hot in the room that night and we couldn’t get his breathing under control even after using his inhaler and breathing treatments. 」
