「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」

「The hotel was spotless, staff were very freindly, we ate there good value for money, free fruit, biscuits and croissants every day. We,ll definitely stay there again.」

「The check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean and matched the pictures. The bathroom was large and I had acces to a huge balcony with wonderful views. I have no complaints. If you are looking for an affordable but luxury looking apartment, this is ur place!」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot. However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」

Danke!!」

「Extremely bad at all」

「Ventus Rosa is a beautiful aparthotel in the center of Krakow, within 15 minutes walking from central train station. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious , very clean, very comfortable bed, 1.5 bathrooms and beautifully decorated, a true 4 star accommodation! It provides everything you need for a perfect stay! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby in the beautiful Old Town. They also offer the choice for a buffet breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we will visit Krakow in the...

「we are group of 6, booked two rooms. the design of the shower area in both rooms is really bad, only half partition, water run outside during shower and we need to clean the toilet floor everytime after used. and the tv has no preset channel, nothing to see. for the other facilities, everything works well. staff at the front desk is efficient and nice. happy stay, thank you!」

「We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Krakow. It was great to go for a run in the area, especially along the water where you can also walk or cycle. The location is excellent: only a 5-minute walk to the congress center and around 15 minutes walking distance to the old town. There is also an Aldi supermarket nearby, which was very convenient, and downstairs you can find a lovely sushi restaurant called Ami Sushi. The only small downsides were that the pillows were a bit small, and...

「La stanza era segnalata con tre letti il terzo era un divano」

「Close to sights. Quiet. Easy to check in. Nicely done up room」

「Location in the heart of Jewish Kazimierz District, lots of nice cheap restaurants around. You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. I enjoyed staying in Rm 14 on the 3rd floor, which has a nice open terrace decorated with beautiful plants! I had my breakfast outside with fresh air and flowers. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary...

「A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well. A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.」

「stanza pulita ed accogliente, leggermente rumorosa in quanto fronte strada. purtroppo non ho capito se la TV funzionava. location perfetta per raggiungere a piedi le varie attrazioni della città. buon rapporto qualità prezzo」
