We stayed in the motor lodge which had a private back porch overlooking the marshes and town in the distance. Very simple, clean room, and the staff in the main house was great and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Right up the road from downtown Gloucester and the fisherman's memorial. Staff was really friendly and my room was clean. Nice view of the river from the front of the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Gloucester.

We stayed in the lower motor lodge. It has a beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room had been recently remodeled. The staff were very friendly. It was not a fancy $$$ place but it was perfect for our needs.

Very clean room, stayed in 2 queen room - young family of 4. Was large but basic when comparing to others we’ve stayed at on same road trip (Hilton/ Hampton inn etc). The shower took a while to heat up, room was quite warm without aircon on - was covered by the curtains. However was free parking, beds were v comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient check in even if arrive after 6pm - we arrived just on 6 and keys left in the mailbox for self check in. Convenient location with v short drive to heart of Gloucester. Enjoyed our stay and for the price would stay again.

Room was clean and cooled down for our arrival. Staff was friendly and accommodating for storing our bikes, providing a freezer to refreeze ice packs and ice for our cooler while in the hotel. Bottled water was available and plenty of local info on where to eat, walk, site see, etc. Breakfast is only available on the weekend and we visited during the week - sorry we missed it as we know from our stay last year that it is delicious. Coffee in the morning is excellent, especially when enjoyed on the front porch in a rocker with a book!
