「Loved this place so much! Very clean and perfect for our stay. Super easy check-in and great location」

「Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!」

「When we been there, the floor very dirty, cause my kids removed the shoes, the socks quickly dirty, I called the property, they’re gentle, called name is Maria nice lady was polite came to clean, actually the place is nice and quiet, hopefully better and better.」

「Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless」

「I got there about 20 minutes before check in so I went to my room anyway to see if I could get in. I put in the code and the door opened but then hit the door stop, indicating someone was inside. I though maybe there was still a cleaner in there so I just waited in the hall. About 5 minutes later a random person came out and asked if this was my room. 「Very convenient」

「Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

「This property has an excellent location. Rittenhouse Square, restaurants/shopping and the subway are all within short walking distances. Historic locations/tourist sites were a little farther away but still within reasonable walking distances. Check-in is contactless with the instructions a breeze to follow. Bed and other furniture are comfortable. We had some minor issues with the television and the host was super responsive. There is a little noise from the establishment below and trash...

「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....
