「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. 「The men's bathroom was two floors below our room. The mattress on my bed was worn out and I could feel metal springs on my back. On the plus side, the room had a good view, it was reasonably priced, and the manager refunded my money when the paid-for breakfast was not provided.」
