Our experience began right upon arrival as the lady at the reception welcomed us and gave us a short overview of Port Stephens and it's surroundings. She was super sweet and gave us a few maps and recommendations. The room was small but clean and comfortable. THANK YOU. ^-^<

Great design, friendly service, excellent host

Clean room, excellent location, loved the sound of the birds

Exceptional price and service. Only downside was the curtains that don't block out the verandah lights all night

Big4 Karuah is a great little park with excellent amenities and modern cabins.

Superb quality in condition, service, and everything offered. We couldn’t ask for more for the affordable price we paid. Cannot recommend high enough.

Nice room, excellent staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows! The restaurant and bar were good too.

My stay at Anchorage Port Stephens was great. I had a family size Villa facing the harbor for my two sons and myself. King size bed with a twin size bed and a sofa. Very spacious and clean accommodations. View of the harbor were amazing. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast included with our stay was delicious. The hotel is also close to a nearby shopping center and a few minutes drive to local beaches and many attractions. I definitely recommend.

Such a pleasure to spend time at a comprehensively welcoming motel. The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped, well-maintained and scrupulously clean. The nicely cooked breakfast in the attractive cafe on the premises was a bonus.

Excellent breakfast

Gorgeous little place. Staff were lovely. Beds were beyond comfortable and bathrooms felt luxurious. Courtesy laundry room made my trip complete. Will definitely stay there again!

Everything in one place.

Great place. Kids had a fantastic time even on a miserable cool day. Cabin very clean and comfortable. Soft play area could do with a bit of a clean other then that great
