「Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.」

「Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Bar food menu is excellent. Rooms are beginning to look tired and need updating, especially the shower and carpets. The front entrance looks spectacular with pots and hanging baskets in abundance. Gardener deserves the highest commendation for the trimmed topiary and flowers. However, all staff make your stay extra special as nothing is too much trouble. Definitely the best place to stay in Cwmbran. 」

「The hotel is set in a beautiful location. The staff were all very helpful. The room was bright & airy with views over the garden. The room & bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only negative of our stay was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the hot water took a while to filter through.」
