「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink 」
